Critical Issue: A large non-profit health insurance company promised a business unit it could deliver a secure, online enrollment application. After completing the functional specification, internal IT resources were unable to commit to the business deadline. The Comdyn Group came to their rescue.

Services Provided: A secure web application with specified HIPAA controls was delivered per functional specifications. To meet the deadline, we had to design the database versus waiting for the internal DBA’s to find time. The application was tested and turned over to internal IT after onsite training and turnover.
Results: The business unit got the application they wanted on budget and on time even with a major addition to the software specification half way through. We played the role of a silent partner for IT to deliver what their internal developers were unable to complete.
